Ocean Decisions was founded in 2012 with a vision to help start and grow small businesses. The company operated a franchise for 6 years. During this time, we were named the Best Business Broker in Coastal Virginia and helped dozens of entrepreneurs succeed. Our founder was named the "FAN of the Year" by the International Franchise Association for 2016. In 2020, the company rebooted itself to focus on bringing technology and business solutions to the market. This new mission is true to the roots of our founder and included the talents of new technical staff with skills in alternative energy, oceanography, and marine biology.
